In Consciousness and Amit Goswami’s Quantum Doctor – Part 1, we saw that consciousness and the mind are outside the brain. The evidence posed was limited, but enough to cause even the staunchest advocates of the upward causation model to question their views.
Then again, perhaps not. As we’ve seen, even the most brilliant among us get stuck in dogma. Change feels too risky, but ultimately it’s our refusal to risk that risks us the most.
History tells us that this resistance to new evidence is perhaps most prevalent in the hallowed halls of science. Highly touted principles of skepticism and inquiry are ruthlessly applied to ideas that challenge the status quo. Often the process amounts to summary dismissal of a new paradigm, no matter how convincingly it illumines the inconsistencies and failings of prevailing doctrine.
Those who still cling to the idea that consciousness is a product of our material brains, or that our memories are stored in specially constructed neural webs or encoded in unique memory molecules, may wish to consider the following.
“Computer scientist Simon Berkovitch calculated that to produce and store a lifetime’s experiences the brain would have to carry out 1024 operations per second. Dutch neurobiologist Herms Romijn has shown that this would be impossible even if all 100 billion neurons in the brain were involved – and they are not: there are only 20 billion neurons in the cerebral cortex, and many of them have no evident cerebral function.” 1
Francis Crick posed another problem with the notion that consciousness is a product of brain evolution. We can vividly recall events that occurred decades ago. But virtually all of the molecules that make up the body and brain, save DNA, are replaced in a matter of days, weeks or months. How could memories be held perfectly in an environment where the entire storage assembly turns over so rapidly? 2
These and many other arguments clearly favor an extra-somatic location of mind and memory. And there is good reason to believe this extra-somatic site is the Zero Point Field (ZPF).
One therapeutic modality, Matrix Reimprinting, has a special name for the ZPF. As you probably already guessed, it’s called the Matrix.
Tapping the Matrix
Matrix Reimprinting is a form of “energy psychology”. It has its roots in Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT. Commonly called tapping, EFT uses the hands to tap on acupuncture points located mainly around the head and torso. Both modalities can rapidly address health issues that originate in the emotional mind seated in the Matrix.
EFT readily accesses unconscious memories stored in the Matrix, including those of events that occurred before age 6. This is especially important as this is the period during which we form our core beliefs. In many instances, these memories underlie emotional distortions that ultimately express themselves in bodily dysfunctions.
Traumatic or adverse encounters, as well as poor modeling by our parents or teachers during those ultrasensitive first 6 years become hard-wired into our subconscious. Even events that in retrospect seem minor but carried significant emotional charge can have lifelong devastating impact.
In Matrix Reimprinting, the charged memories or more precisely the energetic aspects of us that experienced trauma are called ECHOs for Energetic Conscious Holograms. These split off segments of ourselves are lodged in our subconscious, in the Matrix. They play a valuable role in keeping us functional. Imagine how impaired we’d be, struggling under the accumulated weight of the many small and large emotional traumas we experience in our lives. But running continually in the background, they eventually do impact us, interfering with our relationships, our finances, our ability to create the lives we want.
EFT gains access to our ECHOs and removes their negative emotional charge. Matrix Reimprinting can then modify the ECHOs by inserting positive images. Using our imagination, this typically involves bringing our adult or higher selves or even other people into the ECHOs. They help defuse the pain experienced by our wounded younger selves and alter the outcome of the recalled events.
Once we’ve consciously revised an EHCO and given it a positive spin, the new harmonious image is downloaded into the Matrix, causing the unconscious belief to collapse along with any dysfunction it caused.
EFT and/or Matrix Reimprinting have been used to facilitate recovery from problems as diverse as:
- erectile dysfunction
- dysfunctional attachment styles
- infections (urinary tract, Candida albicans, Herpes type 1)
- low blood platelet count
- side effects from medications
- poison ivy
- motion sickness
- and even to help learn a foreign language or achieve a new goal.
In many cases EFT and Matrix Reimprinting succeed when other modalities have failed.
As with any other approach that deviates from the mainstream, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting have their detractors. But that they can work beautifully is evidenced by the thousands of people who’ve benefitted and from the growing number of practitioners and endorsements coming from the conventional medicine community.
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Resources
If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to address issues like these, or for a way to improve your relationships, lose weight, recover from the lingering impact of recent or remote trauma, be a better soccer player or business person, or anything else that’s keeping you from achieving more a more balanced life, you may wish to consult with an EFT or Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.
EFT Universe is my favorite source for comprehensive information on tapping. The site contains case studies and scientific references that show how effective EFT can be. You’ll find a number of online programs to address specific issues such as Tapping for Deep Intimacy. And a link to download a free copy of EFT Mini Manual by tapping maven Dawson Church.
EFT Universe also contains a list of certified EFT practitioners. And if you wish to become one yourself, rigorous training is also available.
To learn more about Matrix Reimprinting, sign up for the first ever Matrix Reimprinting Summit. It begins October 19 and it’s free. You’ll discover more about how your 6 year old self is still running the show and why Matrix Reimprinting, by transforming your unconscious beliefs can transform your future.
Consider also purchasing a copy of Transform Your Beliefs, Transform your Life by Matrix Reimprinting guru Karl Dawson with Kate Marillat.
Although as of yet the precise mechanisms that explain how these two therapeutic methods work their magic are unconfirmed, it’s clear they can be highly effective despite being so safe and easy to apply.

Please keep in mind that while EFT and Matrix Reimprinting have produced remarkable results, they must still be considered experimental modalities. EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it.
